Experience in R and Python: I learned both languages independently, with practical application in thesis studies and other projects. During my master’s degree I used Python and R to analyze scRNA-seq data using the Scanpy and Seurat packages. In addition, I studied SQL as part of a Data Analyst training course at HackerU.
