Final project (Grade 96): Construction and Characterization of Nano-Layers and Their Impact on Interfacial Properties of Different Substrates. Studied the effect of self-assembled monolayers (SAMs) on surface properties (wettability, adhesion, friction) for microelectronics applications and tribology. Tools Used: Tribometer, ellipsometer, contact angle goniometer, UV-Ozone Cleaning System (UVOCS).
