Final project in 3D printing of composite PLA with Silane functionalized WS2 NTs: Developed a biodegradable composite material with improved mechanical properties for medical implants using 3D printing (FFF - Fused filament fabrication). Conducting mechanical (Tensile and Hardness), thermal (DSC and TGA), spectroscopy (FTIR and Raman), morphologic analysis (SEM) and biocompatibility tests to validate material properties.
