The research was conducted in Dr. Shoshana Greenberger’s skin cancer research laboratory at Tel-Hashomer Hospital. As part of my research, I worked with human lymphatic epithelial cells and melanoma cell lines. Techniques employed included cell preparation, RNA purification, real-time PCR reactions, western blotting, miRNA analysis, Exosomes purification, as well as immunofluorescence and immunohistochemistry staining.
