Developed and produced pseudoviruses via lentiviral transfection (HEK-293 system). Performed viral infection assays, luciferase reporter gene analysis, and fluorescence microscopy using dual-reporter viruses. Conducted RT-PCR and agarose gel electrophoresis to quantify gene expression, including RNA extraction, cDNA synthesis, and primer-based amplification. Carried out XTT viability assays for cytotoxicity evaluation and drug screening on Vero and HEK cells. Executed hemagglutination assays and SPF-egg viral infection experiments for virological analysis. Skilled in using spectrophotometers (TECAN), thermal cyclers (Bio-Rad), fluorescence microscopy (Nikon), and Nanodrop.
