Developed and produced pseudoviruses via lentiviral transfection (HEK-293 system). Performed viral infection assays, luciferase reporter gene analysis, and fluorescence microscopy using dual-reporter viruses. Conducted RT-PCR and agarose gel electrophoresis to quantify gene expression, including RNA extraction, cDNA synthesis, and primer-based amplification. Carried out XTT viability assays for cytotoxicity evaluation and drug screening on Vero and HEK cells. Executed hemagglutination assays and SPF-egg viral infection experiments for virological analysis. Skilled in using spectrophotometers (TECAN), thermal cyclers (Bio-Rad), fluorescence microscopy (Nikon), and Nanodrop. Data analysis performed using GraphPad Prism, Excel, and IMARES image quantification software.

Introduced to HPLC and chromatography fundamentals in analytical chemistry courses. Adhered to GMP and biosafety protocols in academic lab settings.
