I pursued an academic foundation in human resources, where I developed a comprehensive understanding of HR practices. My responsibilities included overseeing the renewal of employment contracts, managing employee pension plans, and administering salary supplements. Additionally, I coordinated paid training courses, ensured the accurate updating of personal employee details, and managed the processes related to termination of employment. These duties required a keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of HR management. I managed to meet all my tasks despite all the difficulties at home, I held a significant managerial position that included a variety of responsibilities that were not under my authority. I worked and acted continuously for the thousands of employees I represented to ensure proper compensation and appreciation for their work. I worked in cooperation with the highest and most confidential authorities while emphasizing perfectionism and ambition in order to maintain proper and healthy management in a variety of aspects.

I was ambitious & a native leader in various fields at high school, such as social relations, contribution to the community, maturity, and self-development. Volunteered for the Holocaust survivor community in Israel. Volunteered for disadvantaged populations from lower economic strata. I underwent professional external training from the school in debate, rhetoric, memory improvement, mathematics, and sports. I was selected as part of a delegation to study at the Weizmann Institute of Science to study from some of the world’s finest experts in agronomy, biology, chemistry, etc. After graduating from high school, I did not enroll as a university student so that I could work and help with the household finances.
